This Ninja Creami Angel Delight recipe is a fun way to turn a classic dessert mix into a smooth, creamy frozen treat. It has that familiar nostalgic flavor, but the Ninja Creami gives it a richer, ice-cream-style texture that works beautifully with mix-ins or toppings.

Ingredients
- 1 packet Angel Delight, any flavor
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar, optional
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
- Pinch of salt
Optional mix-ins:
- Crushed biscuits
- Chocolate chips
- Sprinkles
- Strawberries
- Banana slices
- Crushed cookies
- Caramel drizzle
- Fudge sauce
Instructions
- Prepare the Angel Delight base.
In a medium bowl, whisk the Angel Delight packet with the cold milk until fully combined and smooth. Make sure there are no dry pockets of mix left at the bottom of the bowl. If you want a richer dessert, whisk in the heavy cream, vanilla extract, sugar if using, and a pinch of salt. - Blend for a smoother texture.
For the creamiest result, blend the mixture for a few seconds or whisk very well so the base is completely smooth. This helps prevent icy bits after freezing and makes the final texture softer and more even. - Taste and adjust.
Taste the mixture before freezing. If you want it sweeter, add a little more sugar. If you want a stronger vanilla flavor, add a touch more extract. Keep in mind that freezing dulls sweetness slightly, so the base should taste just a little sweeter than you want the finished dessert to be. - Pour into the pint.
Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container. Make sure it stays below the MAX FILL line. Leave a little room at the top if you plan to add mix-ins later. - Freeze completely.
Place the lid on the pint and freeze it upright for at least 24 hours. For the best results, freeze it on a flat, level surface so the mixture sets evenly. - Spin in the Ninja Creami.
Remove the pint from the freezer and place it into the outer bowl assembly. Attach the lid and process it using the Ice Cream or Lite Ice Cream setting, depending on your machine and the texture you want. - Check the texture.
After the first spin, the mixture may look crumbly or powdery. This is normal. Use a spoon to check the center before deciding whether it needs more liquid. - Re-spin if needed.
If the texture is not smooth enough, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk and run the Re-spin cycle. Repeat once more if needed until the mixture becomes creamy and scoopable. - Add mix-ins.
If you want extra texture, make a small well in the center of the ice cream, add your chosen mix-ins, and run the Mix-ins cycle to distribute them evenly. - Serve.
Serve immediately for a soft-serve style texture, or freeze for 30 to 60 minutes if you want a firmer scoop.
