Core Power Bliss Ninja Creami, Flavor Bomb!

This Ninja Creami Core Power recipe is one of the easiest ways to turn a protein shake into a creamy frozen dessert. It’s smooth, high in protein, and simple to customize with your favorite mix-ins for a dessert that feels indulgent but still fits a more balanced treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Core Power protein shake, any flavor, 14 oz or 26 oz
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons milk, optional, for re-spin
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons sweetener, optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
  • Pinch of salt, optional

Optional mix-ins:

  • Chocolate chips
  • Crushed cookies
  • Chopped nuts
  • Peanut butter pieces
  • Caramel drizzle
  • Brownie chunks
  • Fruit pieces
  • Granola

Instructions

  1. Pour the base.
Open the Core Power shake and pour it into the Ninja Creami pint container. If you want a slightly sweeter or more flavorful base, stir in vanilla extract, sweetener, or a pinch of salt before freezing.
  2. Stay under the fill line.
Make sure the liquid stays below the MAX FILL line. If your bottle contains more than the pint can hold, pour in only enough to stay within the limit.
  3. Freeze completely.
Place the lid on the pint and freeze it upright for at least 24 hours. For the best results, freeze it on a flat surface so the base sets evenly from top to bottom.
  4. Spin in the Ninja Creami.
Remove the pint from the freezer and place it into the outer bowl assembly. Attach the lid and process it using the Lite Ice Cream or Ice Cream setting, depending on your machine and the consistency you want.
  5. Check the texture.
After the first spin, the mixture may look crumbly, dry, or powdery. This is normal for protein shake bases. Use a spoon to check the center and sides before deciding whether it needs more liquid.
  6. Re-spin if needed.
If the ice cream is not creamy enough, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk and run the Re-spin cycle. If needed, repeat once more until smooth and scoopable.
  7. Add mix-ins.
If you want extra flavor or texture, make a small well in the center of the ice cream, add your mix-ins, and use the Mix-ins setting to combine them evenly.
  8. Serve.
Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or freeze for 30 to 60 minutes if you want a firmer scoop.

Recipe Tips

  • Chocolate Core Power works especially well with chocolate chips or brownie chunks.
  • Vanilla Core Power pairs well with fruit, caramel, or cookie mix-ins.
  • A splash of milk during re-spin usually fixes a crumbly texture.
  • If you want a thicker result, freeze the shake in the pint and avoid adding extra liquid before spinning.
